"Crossroads holds a special place in my heart, and it broke my heart when I saw the damage left by the recent tornado. But I know the special folks there will rebuild and soon be able to continue their extraordinary work of changing, and in some cases, even saving lives."

Dear Friends of Crossroads:
We want to thank each of you for your support following the tornado this morning.
Our Germantown home suffered extensive damage to the windows, roof, kennels, HVAC units, ceilings and walls. It will take some time to have power restored and to complete repairs in order to reopen.
We were lucky. All of the young people in our affordable housing program are safe and being temporarily being housed at a hotel. All of our adoptable animals are safe and staying in foster homes.
We were lucky. But we need your help.
Our expenses will not end. We must continue our work of providing housing and support programs for young adults, caring for our adoptable pets, paying staff and interns, etc. However, our store and grooming businesses (which account for 40% of our income) will not be operating.
Many of you have kindly reached out to ask how you can help. We hope you will consider donating to Crossroads at this critical time.
We appreciate your support.
